Reiki is based on utilizing or channeling “universal energy”. Reiki is a gentle healing modality that never brings harm. It is based on unconditional love and is always presented as such. Reiki is calming and relaxing. As we become more and more aware of who we are becoming we create doubts and fears in our minds that may or may not actually exist. Reiki assists your own natural rhythm of coming into our own, the ability to feel comfortable in one’s own skin. Become less judgmental over ourselves and more accepting of ourselves, our flaws and everything that makes up who we are as a person.
As we enter our adolescence we are faced with many challenges that along with being clouded by our new raging hormones definitely feel as though mole hills truly are mountains. Reiki can assist in balancing these hormones and give you a sense of well being that brings an all new clarity and focus to living a heart centered life. When we enter into unfamiliar territory we sometimes retreat into a life of isolation, or bad choices thinking there is no one that can possibly understand what you can be going through. Reiki is a simple, non-intrusive modality that can uncover and unlock the memory your cells have before the doubt, before the fear, and can guide you down the right path, no matter how far down the wrong path you have chosen to travel.
